*Returning players are to have LAFHA approved shin guards & goggles
NHHS Athletic Clearance and 2023 NH Field Hockey Signed Waiver are required on the first day of camp.

Newport Harbor High School Field Hockey Try-Out Dates & Practice Start
The 2023/2024 Tryouts will be held on August 7, 1:00 – 3:30, and on August 8, 8:00 –10:00 a.m. for both new and returning players at Davidson Field.

*The Newport Harbor High School Field Hockey Tryouts are separate from the Newport Harbor Field Hockey Boosters Summer camp. Newport Harbor Field Hockey is a competitive program and spots are limited. No player, returning or new, is guaranteed a spot on any team. Student athletes are evaluated on attributes such as skill, speed, stamina, strength, progression, coach-ability, work ethic, attitude, commitment, character, and potential.

*Practices and season for all teams begin Monday, August 14 with games beginning the week of 8/21.
