All players must have:

• NHHS Athletic Clearance complete and confirmed by 8/10
• navy blue socks and white socks to fit over shin guards
• navy blue spandex shorts
• colored mouth guard (they may not be clear or white)
• field hockey regulation shin guards

Schedule Until School Begins (subject to change):
August 10-14
M-W Practice, 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. at Davidson Field
TH Off Site Workout – Time TBD (likely 3:00 pm)
F No Practice
*Once school begins, practice will typically be 2:15 – 4:30 pm.
