All players must have:

• NHHS Athletic Clearance complete and confirmed by 8/11
• navy blue socks and white socks to fit over shin guards
• navy blue spandex shorts
• colored mouth guard (they may not be clear or white)
• field hockey regulation shin guards

Schedule Until School Begins (subject to change):
August 11-15
Monday: Conditioning, 7:00 – 8:00 am; Depart for Team Trip at 12:30 pm
Wednesday: Arrive Back from Team Trip at 12:30 pm; Practice at 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.
Thursday: Conditioning, 7:00 – 8:00 am; Practice, 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. at Davidson Field
Friday: Practice, 2:00 – 4:00 pm at Davidson Field

Newport Harbor Field Hockey Season Kickoff Night!
Parent & Player Meeting on Sunday, August 10, 6:00 p.m. at NHHS – Student Leadership Center (for both players and parents)
