All players must have:

• NHHS Athletic Clearance complete and confirmed by 8/10
• navy blue socks and white socks to fit over shin guards
• navy blue spandex shorts
• colored mouth guard (they may not be clear or white)
• field hockey regulation shin guards

August 10-14
Monday – Wednesday & Friday: Practice, 2:15 – 4:30 pm at Davidson Field
*Thursday is TBD, it  may be earlier in the day due to field availability – TBD
