Our uniforms are an iconic element of the program, having been worn by Newport Harbor Field Hockey players for decades\u2026literally! Please handle them with care by following the instructions below and plan to return them in excellent condition at the end of the season.<\/div>\n<div id=\"m_-775086228600637632yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1503621518212_50132\" dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div id=\"m_-775086228600637632yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1503621518212_50131\" dir=\"ltr\">The uniform distributed consists of a plaid skirt, a white home jersey, a navy away jersey and a practice jersey. In addition, your player will need:<\/div>\n<ul id=\"m_-775086228600637632yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1503621518212_41530\" dir=\"ltr\">\n<li id=\"m_-775086228600637632yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1503621518212_41533\">plain white socks to fit over shin guards<\/li>\n<li id=\"m_-775086228600637632yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1503621518212_41533\">plain navy blue socks to fit over shin guards<\/li>\n<li id=\"m_-775086228600637632yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1503621518212_41532\">navy blue spandex shorts<\/li>\n<li id=\"m_-775086228600637632yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1503621518212_41531\">colored mouth guard (they may not be clear or white)<\/li>\n<li id=\"m_-775086228600637632yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1503621518212_41529\">field hockey regulation shin guards<\/li>\n<li id=\"m_-775086228600637632yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1503621518212_41529\">field hockey regulation protective eyewear\/goggles (Option to do a $25 deposit to NHHS Girls Field Hockey Boosters to borrow a pair from the bin for the year.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div id=\"m_-775086228600637632yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1503621518212_41460\" dir=\"ltr\"><b id=\"m_-775086228600637632yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1503621518212_52962\">Skirt Care Instructions:<\/b><\/div>\n<ul id=\"m_-775086228600637632yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1503621518212_50785\">\n<li id=\"m_-775086228600637632yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1503621518212_50787\">Do not change the length of the skirt by cutting the material or sewing the hem.\u00a0 If you have an issue with skirt length, please contact your team parent.<\/li>\n<li id=\"m_-775086228600637632yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1503621518212_50786\">You may move the buttons along the waistband to adjust the fit.\u00a0 Other than this, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">please do not alter your skirts<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li id=\"m_-775086228600637632yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1503621518212_50784\">Machine wash on cold.<\/li>\n<li id=\"m_-775086228600637632yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1503621518212_50784\">Hang dry (preferred) or tumble dry on low.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div id=\"m_-775086228600637632yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1503621518212_51033\"><b>Polo Shirt Care Instructions:<\/b><\/div>\n<ul id=\"m_-775086228600637632yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1503621518212_51313\">\n<li id=\"m_-775086228600637632yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1503621518212_51378\">Machine wash on cold.<\/li>\n<li id=\"m_-775086228600637632yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1503621518212_51379\">Do not use fabric softener.<\/li>\n<li id=\"m_-775086228600637632yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1503621518212_51316\">Try not to bleach.\u00a0 If necessary, use non-chlorine bleach only.<\/li>\n<li id=\"m_-775086228600637632yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1503621518212_51315\">Soak in Oxiclean before laundering to remove sweat stains.<\/li>\n<li id=\"m_-775086228600637632yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1503621518212_51314\">Do not iron.<\/li>\n<li id=\"m_-775086228600637632yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1503621518212_51312\">Do not dry clean.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div id=\"m_-775086228600637632yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1503621518212_50660\" dir=\"ltr\">Thanks for your help with this!\u00a0 If you have any questions about uniforms, please contact your team parent.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Newport Harbor Field Hockey players received their field hockey uniforms today!
