{"id":4768,"date":"2016-05-26T15:48:34","date_gmt":"2016-05-26T22:48:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/newportharborfieldhockey.com\/?p=4768"},"modified":"2016-05-26T15:48:34","modified_gmt":"2016-05-26T22:48:34","slug":"sports-physicals-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/newportharborfieldhockey.com\/?p=4768","title":{"rendered":"Sports Physicals"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>On Tuesday, June 7, the Athletic Department has arranged for  physicals to be done by Dr. Tischler and his colleagues at Newport  Orthopedic Institute. <em>A yearly physical is a mandatory part of the  athletic clearance packet that you must complete by the first day of tryouts in order to participate  in NHHS athletics.<\/em> No appointment is necessary, just bring your  completed physical forms from the <a href=\"http:\/\/newportharborfieldhockey.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/2016-2017-CLEARANCE-PACKET-FINAL.pdf\">2016-2017 NHHS Athletics Clearance Packet<\/a> and payment of $25 per student (Only Cash or Checks made payable to Newport  Harbor HS Athletics) to Newport Orthopedic Institute, 22 Corporate Plaza  Drive, Ste. 150, Newport Beach, at 5:30 p.m. If you have any questions, please call the NHHS  Athletic Office at 949.515.6308.<\/p>\n<p>*You may also choose to take the paperwork to a personal physician  for the physical, <em>but this must be completed by the first day of  tryouts.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>*Newport Harbor High School will be offering a free bus to Dr. Tischler&#8217;s Office for any student who would like to take the physical but does not have transportation. Please sign up with Joanne in the Atheltics Office.
