Practice schedules during the school year will be determined and then  posted around August 31.<\/p>\n<p><strong>FROSH\/SOPH<\/strong> \u2013 Monday, August 29 through Thursday, September 1 at 3:30 \u2013 5:00 p.m. Team Dinner on Thursday, September 1.<\/p>\n<p><strong>JUNIOR VARSITY<\/strong> \u2013 Monday, August 22 through Thursday, September 1 at 3:00 \u2013 5:00 p.m (not including Sat &amp; Sun). Team Dinner on Thursday, September 1.<\/p>\n<p><strong>VARSITY<\/strong>: Be sure to look at the schedule carefully and plan accordingly. Conditioning will <em>generally<\/em> be one hour and practice will be two hours.
